USDA Weekly Crop Progress Report

OMAHA (DTN) -- U.S. corn planting has wrapped up while as of Sunday, June 26, USDA reported in its weekly Crop Progress report released Monday.

Corn was 4% silking, and soybeans were 98% planted, 91% emerged and 7% blooming.

Corn was rated 67% in good-to-excellent condition, down 3 percentage points from 70% the previous week. Soybeans were rated 65% in good-to-excellent condition, down 3 percentage points from 68% the previous week.

U.S. winter wheat was 95% headed and 41% harvested. Winter wheat condition for the portion of the crop remaining in fields was rated 30% good to excellent, unchanged from the previous week.
